All participants will be asked to contribute a costume and/or prop piece as inspiration. That item should be brought to the Friday meeting.
Writer - Must be available Friday night and be able to write and submit a script by morning. Script will have to include a specific number of actors (to be determined at the Friday night meeting).
Director - Must be available all day Saturday. Read the play. Get the vision. Create blocking and conduct rehearsals. Determine design (within limitations. Make it work.
Actor - Must be available all day Saturday. Get role, rehearse, learn part. Perform.
Stage Manager - Must be available all day Saturday. Each show has a stage manager that will communicate and coordinate among the director, designers, and producers.
Lights* - Must be available Saturday afternoon. Develop lights for each show. Program show during tech rehearsals. Run board during performance.
Sound* - Must be available Saturday afternoon. Develop sound for each show. Program show during tech rehearsals. Run board during performance.
Costumes* - Must be available Saturday morning. Meet with directors in the morning. Make an OP run to gather any needed costume pieces. Coordinate distribution of costume pieces and collection of costumes at the end of the evening.
Props* - Must be available Saturday morning. Meet with directors in the morning. Search the props loft in search of needed props. Coordinate distribution of props and collection at the end of the evening.
Front of House* - Must be available Saturday afternoon / evening. Create program for distribution. Make copies. Sell tickets. Usher guests to seats. Collect $$$!
