At 7:20PM CDT a severe Giggles storm capable of producing a laugh was spotted over Warren Township High School moving east AT 25 MPH.
SOURCE...Radar indicated laughter.
IMPACT...Flying Joey Diamond will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Skylyr Choe will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Elizabeth Usher damage is likely.
