If you are a thespian, please make sure you have a star next to your name. I hope we got everyone, but it is possible someone slipped through the cracks. We are so sorry if this happened. All-shout outs and program ads due tomorrow 11/17 Cast needs be memorized completely today and bring your remaining costume pieces and make up! Wednesdays practice will be at OP. Lights and Sound meet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and every rehearsal next week and tech week. Set and Prop Crew will come today, November 16th and tomorrow, November 17th to finish up. Costumes and Front of House meet Thursday and Friday Wednesday: Musical Information meeting for Mary Poppins will be from 3:30-4pm in the O'Plaine Auditorium. We will discuss our fundraiser, future design team meetings, and audition expectations/prep. Cast will then practice in the O'Plaine Auditorium on Wednesday, November 18th from 4-6pm. T-Shirts are coming on Wednesday, November 18th. I will distribute them before the musical meeting at O'Plaine. Let's all wear them on Friday, November 20th to promote the show! Program Ads-Please see the attached Ad form are due today. The pricing is reasonable and will be in all of the programs for the rest of the year. Make all checks out to Warren Drama Boosters and send me and Mr. Miller a copy of the Ad image you would like in the program due today or tomorrow, November 16th or 17th. Shout Outs Are messages from parents, friends, and family praising your cast or crew member for a job well done. The message is 140 characters and goes into the program. Show your love by giving your student a shout out and send in $5 in an envelope marked "shout out" and their name. Please fill out the form by today or tomorrow, November 16th or 17th. Show Tickets are Sale: The show is December 5th at 11am and 2pm. Buy tickets at at showtix4u.com! Tell everyone! We are making a lot of progress with cast and crew! Thank you for all your hard work and time. Thank you all for going to Suzy's, we will find out soon how much we made! Here are some updates: Saturday (11/14)- We are ahead of schedule, so all cast and crew will meet from 10-noon on Saturday instead of 9-2pm. We will watch the dramaturgy presentation and we will work on some last minute items. We will also add an additional Monday (11/16) for set and prop crew to the schedule. Today is our first rehearsal at the Almond Campus. If you are a sophomore or freshmen, please take the activity bus over to Almond from O'Plaine. It meets outside the O'Plaine auditorium. At rehearsal today, we will read through the script and choose crews. Please look at the attached rehearsal schedule to see which crew fits your schedule best.
