Shout-Outs
Shout outs are due by TODAY! We are still a little low on the number that we normally have, so please consider writing a message to your students! CAST: Attached to this email is your character sheet. You need to fill this out and really start to develop your character. You will discuss with Ms. Zimmerman on Friday.

Ads/Donations: (Parents, we could use some help on this as well!)
We are in need of some financial support!! We are asking that each member of the cast/crew (maybe in groups!) go out to local businesses and ask if they would like to place an ad in our program or make a donation. I've attached 2 documents that you can print out. One document is for general donations and the other if specifically if the business would like an ad in the program featuring their logo/business card information.
Ad pricing is as follows:
1/4 ad- $35
1/2 ad- $50
Full Page ad- $100

Fan-O-Gram pictures will be taken on TUESDAY, Feb 26th. Even if your crew is not called, please plan to get your picture taken! Late bus passes will be given.
Cast: Your $35 costume fee is due by Feb 28th. Checks should be made out to WTHS.

Cast/Crew Photos: We have a new platform for taking pictures and sharing them! We would like to create a slideshow of our process to display in the lobby during the shows. If you could make a commitment to taking pictures on your phone of your crew or whatever is going on that day, you can go to dropevent.com and search sor2019. That will take you to our folder and you can upload your pictures there!
