NOTE to ACTORS
Hi actors!
Congratulations on an amazing few weeks of rehearsal. The crew has been working to make the vision of the characters and environment a reality, and in order to do that, we need some help from you!
Costumes: Every character except for Alice Faulkner and Madge need a white button-down collared shirt. I assume that most of you have them from one formal event or another. Any other item or costume piece will be provided for you. If you do not have one, please contact Mr. Miller, the stage management team, or anyone on the costumes / makeup team by Wednesday, October 14th. That is the day everyone is going to the O’Plaine campus to retrieve equipment, hunt down costume items, etc, so please tell us by this date.
Makeup: This is a show that is not makeup - heavy, so that gives you some artistic freedom on that front. Only basic makeup for the camera (foundation, powder) is required. This show is from the turn of the century, so if you wish, draw inspiration from there. If you only want to do basic makeup, that is perfectly fine. You are beautiful either way! Do what you are comfortable with.
Marketing: We will be taking headshots for everyone on Wednesday, October 14th so make sure you are prepared! If you can't make it, let us know and we can make other arrangements.
Set: We are still playing with different ideas for the set, and green screen backgrounds do not work with the chromebooks. However, if enough people have access to a different laptop, we could do a mix of real and virtual backgrounds. By Wednesday, October 14th, please let either the stage management team or a member of the set/props team know if you have access to a different laptop. No worries if not, we're just trying to see the options here! (NOTE FROM MR. MILLER - you only need to contact if there is a change from your tech survey you previously submitted).
Thanks,
THE CREW!!!
