Alright artists - it's here. Tech week and the final push. If you haven't cleared your calendars already, then now is the time to burn all obligations (except homework, do that... and sleep, make sure you're taking time to sleep).
Tuesday, October 10 TECH ACT 1 - 3:30-7 (note the end time) All called. Wednesday, October 11 TECH ACT 2 - 3:00-6:30 All Called Thursday, October 12 3:30-6:30 Run-Thru Show (not in costume). Fix any necessary technical elements. Friday, October 13 3:30-6:00ish 1st Dress Rehearsal (no hair/make-up) AFTER REHEARSAL - We will go as a group to see Brothers Grimm at Alm. Monday, October 16 No School - Yes Rehearsal 2:30-6:30 I don't yet have my schedule, but anticipate rehearsal to start about 2:30. Once my meeting schedule is confirmed, I will update you all. Scene work / Run Thru - costume adjustments / tech clean-up Tuesday, October 17 Dress Rehearsal 3:30-7 (note the end time) Full Costume / Make-up Wednesday, October 18 Invited Dress Rehearsal 3:30-6:30ish. Friends & Family are invited to watch, take pictures / record. After the run, go to Chipotle to support Drama Club! Thursday, October 19 OPENING NIGHT! Call Time: 5:30 Show Time: 7pm Friday, October 20 SHOW TIME Call Time: 6pm (or earlier if you need more time to get ready) Show time: 7pm Saturday, October 21 CLOSING NIGHT Call Time: 6pm (or earlier if you need more time to get ready) Show time: 7pm Monday, October 23 STRIKE! We are approaching the final push. It's also Homecoming week. Let's have fun this week. Be spirited. Be excited. But we mustn't lose sight of our end goal. While we are in good shape, it is important to keep focused. Next week we have dress and tech rehearsals, so the goal this week is to get fully prepped for that. Monday, October 2 Actors, finish blocking on stage (this will take a great deal of patience and focus. Please come with it. Lights / Sound work w/ Mr. Mozes. Props, Costumes, do your thing. Tuesday, October 3 Build Day - All Called ALL CAST/CREW CALLED NOTE: The Rest of the week, we may have some odd crew build times - it depends on how much we get built at today's build. Wednesday, October 4 Run show on stage (actors, aim to not have scripts in hand at all) All Crews - watch the run to make sure we are all on the same page and to note changes Thursday, October 5 Run / work show (pending the results of yesterday's run). Costumes, Props, Sound Lights (as needed) Friday, October 6 Scene work as needed (TBD - my hope is to not have to use this time, but it will depend on if it's needed). ***Saturday, October 7*** Homecoming Parade - Morning!
