Just a few items of information for this week:
 

1. Weekly Calendar

Monday: Set Crew, 4-6. Goals: bracing stage, finish painting the “book” flats; finish the tower: WOULD LOVE TO BE FINISHED TODAY
Tuesday: Cast, Lights/sound, Front of House, Props, 4-6pm
Wednesday: Cast, Front of House, 4-6 pm
Thursday: Cast, Lights, Sound, Props, 4-6pm
Friday: Tentative Cast rehearsal (may be canceled if we finish what we need to finish T-Th), 4-6 pm
 

1. Tickets: You can purchase tickets for all the shows at www.showtix4u.com We added tickets for purchase for the Thursday show at 4:30 pm.

 

1. T-shirt orders: T-shirt orders were due on Friday. I’m sending in the order in a few minutes. Payment is due today. I will be at set crew tonight around 5pm.

 

1. Shout-outs: Shout outs were due last Friday. If you have a last minute shout out, I may be able to fit it in today. But, the Front of House crew is going to work on the program.

 

1. ATTENDANCE: This is a big one for me. Crew: if you are no longer able to be a part of crew, please let me know. We are expecting you at your scheduled days/times and people just aren’t showing up. If you are going to be absent, you must contact me so I can plan accordingly. Students should contact me directly via e-mail jzimmerman@wths.net or using the Remind app.

TICKETS:
Tickets for our show are now for sale! Go to www.showtix4u.com and enter Warren and our event comes up! I copied the link, but you may need to put in our location:  https://www.showtix4u.com/boxoffice.php
 
ACTIVITY FEE:
There was a glitch in the system regarding activity fees. So, I will let you know when you can go online and pay the fee. This is only for Cast Members. Sorry for any confusion!
 
DESSERT SIGN UP:
Start planning what dessert you want to bring to the dinner theatre shows!  Everyone brings in a dessert already portioned into single servings (i.e. Cake is sliced and plated into individual slices, brownies are sliced and in baggies, etc.). We will collect those desserts on Thursday, 10/12.
 
SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK:
Monday: Set crew (everyone who can make it!) – 4-6pm
Tuesday: Cast, Front of House, Props- 4-6pm (OFF BOOK)
Wednesday: Cast, Front of House – 4-6pm
Thursday: Cast, Props, Sound/Lights – 4-6 pm  (T-shirt orders due)
Friday: Cast 4-6 pm (ADS/SHOUTOUTS DUE)
