Rehearsal Schedule - Sectional Week!

This is the week we have been working for! It's going to be a long, tough stressful week, but if we continue to work as hard as we have, with the focus we have had, I have little doubt we will be presenting two incredibly successful shows come week's end. We will be needing all company members this week without exception. Keep a good head on your shoulders this week and stay positive!

Monday 3/14

Tech Crew - 3-8 (Work on Scott Pilgrim while we run View)
3:30-6:00 - A View from the Bridge (Scene Work / Run)
6:00 - Full Company Meeting / Run Set-Up & Strike
6:30-8:30pm - Scott Pilgrim (Finish Transitions / Run)

(Updated 3/14) Tuesday 3/15

Set Build - 3-8 (work as needed)
4:00-5:00 - Scott Pilgrim
5:00-6:00 - A View from the Bridge

Wednesday 3/16

Build / Tech as needed 3-7:30 (Set must be struck at end of rehearsal)
3:30-5:30 - A View from the Bridge
5:30 - Run Set-up & Strike
5:45-7:30 - Scott Pilgrim

Thursday 3/17

Drama Club Performances (Feel free to invite friends, family and teachers to this show)
4:00pm - Get is Costume / Make-Up etc.
- I know this doesn't leave a lot of time for OP folks, but we must be efficient. Almond folks, feel free to arrive early to get set-up.
4:15pm - Run Set-up, A View from the Bridge, Strike
5:15pm - Run Scott Pilgrim vs. The World
Get out of costume and leave! Have a restful evening!

Friday 3/18

2:00pm - ALL CALLED
- 2:00pm - Run Strike, Run Set-Up, Run A View from the Bridge
- 3:00pm - Run Scott Pilgrim
- 3:30pm - Load Truck!
The hope is that we can accomplish all of those tasks and be out of rehearsal by 5, but all members must stay until all tasks are done. We will have a brief company meeting after the truck is loaded, and all members must be present.

DRAMA CLUB MEETING @ 4 - Black Box
Film Study
- Scott Pilgrim 4:30-6
- A View from the Bridge 5:30-7:30

Wednesday 3/9

Build / Tech as needed 3-6:30
Scott Pilgrim 4-6:30 (Fight w/ Orion @ 5:30)
A View from the Bridge 5:30-7 (Fight w/ Orion @ 6:30)

UPDATE: (3/10) Thursday 3/10

Build / tech as needed 3-6:00
- Only Tech Leads are needed (Lights, Sound, SM, ASMs)
- If crew wants to build / work on set, it must be done after the run.
- We will NOT run set-up strike today.
A View from the Bridge 3:30-5:00
- Full lights / sound / and in costume!
Scott Pilgrim 5:00-6:00 (End time changed)
- Full Costume
