11/20 Update

​Hi Parents, Cast, and Crew!
We are nearing the end. Cast is memorized and running the show, set and prop crew is finished, costumes are finalized, lights and sound cues are done and they are running the show, and dramaturgy had a great presentation! Great Job cast and crew! Everything looks great! I'm so proud of everyone's wonderful work and thankful for all your time, energy, and positive attitudes. We will have a great show and it is all because of you! Thank you so much!
We are nearing the end of the show. That means a lot needs to get done and there are some days we need to keep in mind.
Saturday 11/21-Cast, lights (cameron), & sound (megan, vinnetta) 9:00am-1:00pm Run Show 2x (bring food to share/and eat for lunch) Please check your email or facebook in the morning. If the snow is too bad we may have to move this time. We need the practice, but the weather concerns me. 
Monday 11/23-Cast, lights, & sound 4-6:30 Run Show with costumes
Tuesday 11/24- Cast, lights, & sound 4-6:30 Run Show with costumes
Wednesday-Sunday 11/25-11/29- No practice (Thanksgiving Break Observed). Cast review your lines! This is a long time to not rehearse! Today, we may talk about a time to get the cast together if no one is going out of town. 
Monday-Thursday 11/30-12/3 Lights, Sound, Cast, Costumes- Tech Week till 7pm Run Show 2x each practice with costumes
Friday 12/4 Dress Rehearsal Drama Club Viewing at 4:15pm All Cast and Crew (wear your tshirts for the cast/crew photo! parents can come and take photos/video this day)
Saturday 12/5 Show Day 9am call time/Shows at 11am and 2pm/ (Lunch provided by the Drama Boosters for the cast and crew who are working the show- cast, costumes, lights, sound, front of house.) 
Monday 12/7 Mandatory Strike from 4-6pm (all cast and crew). I know that choir needs to be at rehearsal at 5:30pm that day. Ms. Colgan and I are communicating about this. 
Show Tickets are Sale: The show is December 5th at 11am and 2pm. Buy tickets at at showtix4u.com! Tell everyone! It feels great to perform for a full house and know that everyone saw your hard work pay off. Invite teachers, friends, family, and families with kids! We want to sell out! We currently have 50 people at the 11am show and 30 at the 2pm show. Let's get these numbers higher!!
