Hi Parents, Cast, and Crew!
As we depart for the holiday weekend, I am reminded of how thankful I am for each and every student in our drama program. I am so thankful for your hard work, love for theatre, and positive attitudes toward each other. Thank you for working with me and making this production possible. I appreciate each and every one of you! Here are some dates to keep in mind: (Tonight)Tuesday 11/24- Cast, lights, & sound 4-7 Run Show with costumes Wednesday-Sunday 11/25-11/29- No practice (Thanksgiving Break Observed). Cast review your lines! This is a long time to not rehearse! Cast may get the cast together if no one is going out of town. Monday-Thursday 11/30-12/3 Lights, Sound, Cast, Costumes- Tech Week till 7pm Run Show 2x each practice with costumes Friday 12/4 Dress Rehearsal Drama Club Viewing at 4:15pm All Cast and Crew (wear your tshirts for the cast/crew photo! parents can come and take photos/video this day) Saturday 12/5 Show Day 9am call time/Shows at 11am and 2pm/ (Lunch provided by the Drama Boosters for the cast and crew who are working the show- cast, costumes, lights, sound, front of house.) I will need a few kids to stay and help take down the drop to ship back after the show. Monday 12/7 Mandatory Strike from 4-6pm (all cast and crew/ upperclassmen start at 3pm). I know that choir needs to be at rehearsal at 5:30pm that day. Ms. Colgan and I are communicating about this. Show Tickets are Sale: The show is December 5th at 11am and 2pm. Buy tickets at at showtix4u.com! Tell everyone! It feels great to perform for a full house and know that everyone saw your hard work pay off. Invite teachers, friends, family, and families with kids!
