11/9 Update

Hello Cast, Crew, and Parents,

We are making a lot of progress with cast and crew!

Here are some updates for Children's Show:
T-shirts for the show are $10 and is due November 11th.<https://docs.google.com/a/wths.net/forms/d/1pnWkOY82RRK1TTGoWMiyKb9WL7KuwLG_dxa8egm4yHE/viewform?c=0&w=1> Please fill out this form <https://docs.google.com/a/wths.net/forms/d/1NxQrnf4-GtEsPDNOwYg-an7Q2FyRmEloxtSaMzvTwb8/viewform?c=0&w=1> to get a t-shirt and bring in $10 cash or check made out to WTHS in an envelope with T-shirt written on it with your student's name.
Children's Show is having a fundraiser from 6-9pm on November 10th at Suzy's Swirl. Please support your show and eat fro-yo. We will get 20% of their profits from 6-9pm, so tell your friends!
Cast ONLY: Fees ($40) are due Friday, November 13th. Please go to this link <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aeSfywbiYYNFb63Y5KlwCHbbDmqqMUIZnXeiypruJ_k/pub>  to pay your fee or go to the book keeper at either the O'Plaine or Almond Campus. Only cast members need to pay this fee.

So much is happening on Tuesday, November 10th! So save the date!

Drama Club/Booster Updates:
Scrip Fundraiser-Our booster scrip gift card fundraiser is due on November 10th. Please sell gift cards to help support our program! This is a great fundraiser and the person who sells the most will get a prize. Please make out all checks to the Warren Drama Boosters. (see attached form)

Drama Club Meeting & Suzy's Fundraiser
Drama Club's November meeting is on Tuesday, November 10th at 3:30-6pm in the O'Plaine auditorium. Suzy's Fundraiser is from 6-9pm after the meeting!

Parent Booster Meeting
On Tuesday, November 10th at 6pm in the O'Plaine Lobby we are having a booster meeting. Parents, please attend to find out how you can help out during children's show.

Coming Up Later...
Program Ads-Please see the attached Ad form. The pricing is reasonable and will be in all of the programs for the rest of the year. Make all checks out to Warren Drama Boosters and send me and Mr. Miller a copy of the Ad image you would like in the program due November 16th.
Shout Outs Are messages from parents, friends, and family praising your cast or crew member for a job well done. The message is 140 characters and goes into the program. Show your love by giving your student a shout out and send in $5 in an envelope marked "shout out" and their name. Please fill out the form<https://docs.google.com/a/wths.net/forms/d/1pnWkOY82RRK1TTGoWMiyKb9WL7KuwLG_dxa8egm4yHE/viewform?c=0&w=1> by November 16th.

Show Tickets are Sale:
The show is December 5th at 11am and 2pm. It feels great to perform for a full house and know that everyone saw your hard work pay off. Invite teachers, friends, family, and families with kids! Please hang up your play posters everywhere so that we can get more attendance!
