Hello, 

This weekend we made a trailer for the show. Share it and check it out here 

Ticket Sales!

Buy tickets at at showtix4u.com. 
So far our show numbers are weak. 20 for Thursday, 20 for Friday, and 32 for Saturday. These numbers are not good! We want to have a full house and we want a lot of people to come eat dinner because the money will go back into our department for future shows! Talk up the show! Use the trailer, pass out the flyers we made, and plan on marching in the homecoming parade this Saturday! 

Parents:
Booster Meeting- September 29th in the Almond Black Box at 6pm. Find out how you can help out during the show as a parent.

We need help during the show. Please use this link to help sign up to help the Warren Drama Boosters. You will not miss seeing the show if you help out. We need people to help set up, serve food, take tickets, and clean up. If you have any questions, please direct them to our booster president, Mary Jo Urquhart (partyo4u@aol.com).


Cast: Look over your lines! We still aren't there yet. We will be running the show every day from now on. We will be going till 7pm from now on, but we hope to get out as early as possible. Pay your fees!

Crew: Costumes, projection, lights, and sound are all coming tomorrow with the cast. That means staying until 7pm. 
Although many of your jobs will be done, we still need you!

We will need people to sign up for front of house for the the show. Talk to your parents and find out which day would work best to help out. We will make a list of who is helping each day. Come next Tuesday (10/6) & Wednesday (10/7) to watch the show, take photos, and help us fold programs. 
Dessert Sign Up:
We request that each member of the cast and crew provide a dessert to distribute for the booster donation table during the dinner theatre show. Please bring in a pre-portioned (packaged) dessert (ex: each brownie in a zip lock bag). Cake is a lot harder to serve, so please choose desserts that are easy to pick up and eat. Please bring this in October 7th or 8th. Please sign up here.

9/30 Wednesday- Work until 7pm

10/2 Friday-Work until 7pm

Hello, 

Thank you for all of your time and hard work this week.  I really appreciate it! Things are coming along and it is all because of your hard work and talents. I can't wait to see things come together!

Cast: Look over your lines! We still aren't there yet. We will be running the show every day from now on. Parents, sorry for the late night last night. I really appreciate your patience. We are down to a very limited number of days. Due to band, we may need to add a Sunday rehearsal. Please talk to your student to make sure this works in your schedule. We will be going till 7pm from now on, but we hope to get out as early as possible. 

Crew: Set crew will finish up today. Lights crew will finish up too. Lights and sound need to start coming every day starting Tuesday, September 29th. Costumes will figure out a schedule as well so that everyone doesn't have to come every day.

Please invite everyone to come and eat on October 9th & 10th at 6pm and then watch the show at 7pm. The online cut off for dinner tickets is October 5th, but you can still buy show only tickets. Please also come to the 7pm show only performance on October 8th. It feels good to play for a full house!

Hello Cast & Crew,

Thank you for all your hard work this week. I really appreciate all your time, energy, and talent. Thank you parents for picking up and making sure your students are at practice. Your support means a lot.

Here are some announcements before the weekend. Remember we now go to 6:30pm. 

Schedule (read carefully):
Monday- Crew Day (Almond)- I'm sorry, I know we keep changing our minds about meeting, but I would love set & props to be completely done by Tuesday, October 22nd. If you can't meet, it is ok we will take who can come. 

Tuesday- Last All Crew Day (t-shirts distributed & shout outs due). All crews should be finishing up. 

Wednesday-Only Cast, Front of House (Program due), Costumes

Thursday- Only Cast, Lights, Sound

Friday-Only Cast, Lights, Sound


We are getting down to the wire and after Tuesday, we will focus on working and running the show with lights, sound, props, set, and costumes. 

Cast:Tuesday everyone needs to be solid with their lines and blocking. No excuses and no absences. Cast fees were due Thursday. Make sure you have paid! Memorize, memorize, memorize this weekend (with blocking).

Crew:
Although many of your jobs will be done after Tuesday, we still need you!

We will need people to sign up for front of house for the days of the show. Talk to your parents and find out which day would work best to help out. We will make a list of who is helping each day. 

T-Shirts
T-shirts will be in on Tuesday, October 21st. If you did not order a t-shirt, we did order a few extra, so please contact me after the 21st or bring $11 in case there is extra. 

Shout Outs
Please check spelling and keep shout out to 140 characters. Please send student in with check for $5 per shout out. Checks made out to the Warren Drama Boosters due Ocotber 22nd.

TSL Update 9/14

Hello TSL Cast, Crew, & Parents,

This week we will start going until 6:30pm. If you need to leave early, no worries.
There is a lot to do and very little time left. Thank you for all your help and time. 

(crews meet on their designated days)
Tues- All Crew/ Cast Working rehearsal
Wed- Lights/Sound Due/ Cast OFF BOOK & Working Rehearsal
Thus- Cast Fee due/ Working Rehearsal
Fri-Cast Working Rehearsal

Monday- (9/21) Unscheduled Crew Day- If you are able come help, please do. 
Tues- Set Due/  Shout Outs $ due

We have been struggling with what to do for set because the show is so fast paced and requires little set to tell the story. We are going to focus set crew's attention on the projection aspect of the show starting Tuesday (9/15).

Please keep in mind shout outs for the program due Tuesday!
