TSL Update 10/5

Hello Everyone,

Our show is ready for an audience and it feels good! Make sure you come to see this great show you worked so hard on. Also, bring all your friends and family. 
I'm so proud of what we have a achieved. Thank you so much for all your time, hard work, talent, and enthusiasm. I can't wait for an audience to see what you have achieved.

We want to have a full house and we want a lot of people to come eat dinner because the money will go back into our department for future shows! Talk up the show! Use the trailer, pass out the flyers we made. Today is the last day to sign up for dinner tickets. Show only will be available all week.  

Dessert Sign Up:
We request that each member of the cast and crew provide a dessert to distribute for the booster donation table during the dinner theatre show. Please bring in a pre-portioned (packaged) dessert (ex: each brownie in a zip lock bag). Cake is a lot harder to serve, so please choose desserts that are easy to pick up and eat. Please bring this in October 7th or 8th. Please sign up here.

• • October 6th 4-7pm-Cast and Crew come help fold programs and set up the space on October 6th. We will also watch a spoof of the show.
  • October 7th-Dessert Donations due from all cast and crew members
  • October 7th 4-7pm-Wear your show t-shirt on Wednesday, October 7th. The crew will watch the show together with Drama Club. We will then take the all cast and crew photo after the show. Wear your t-shirts!
  • October 7th 4pm-Parents bring your cameras and recording devices. You will not be allowed to take video or photos during the show. 
  • October 8-10th at 7pm/Dinner at 6pm (10/9-10/10)-Come see the shows! Support the show you helped make happen! Invite everyone, too! Bring cash for fanograms and dessert donations to support Warren Theatre. 
  • Call time 5:30pm-Crew (sound, lights, costumes, front of house) & Cast call time each show day is 5:30, but you can stay through after school. I will be there. Make sure you get food brought to you or order dinner through our booster fundraiser (10/9-10/10).
  • October 13th 4-7pm- Come to strike (mandatory). Help us take down the set, clean the space, and sign posters as a last good bye to the show.
