Clue Cast and Crew List

Congratulations, to the cast and crew of Clue! Thank you to everyone who auditioned. This was one of the most talented groups I've seen at Warren. It was very difficult to decide. Thank you for sharing a bit of yourself with me.

I am very excited to begin to bring this crazy and exciting show to life. We will get started on Tuesday, 8/27/19 at 3:45 p.m. at the Almond Black Box. Freshmen and Sophomores, take the activity bus over to Almond - you board at the North End of O'Plaine. practice will finish at 6:00 p.m.

You will receive a rehearsal schedule on Tuesday. Additionally, crews will determine when you will meet. Set crew will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-6:00 pm (OP students will join at 3:50 when they arrive at Almond).

I'm very excited! See you on Tuesday.

Callbacks for A Midsummer Night's Dream

Everyone will read a scene and/or monologue from Midsummer. In addition, I have some special requests for folks in parentheses. If you are not listed for a special request, but feel you want to try, please email me at amiller@wths.net, and I will potentially add you.
  • Dance - I want to see movement to music (fairies). I'll play a song such as this and will want to see some full body movements (it'll be in small groups). Also... please don't do this.
  • Sing - I want to hear just a little tune. 30 seconds or so. Could be simple such as "Happy Birthday". This will be a cappella and solo.
  • Guitar - I want to hear a bit of guitar play. I don't need a shredding guitar solo, but some nice acoustic picking if you can. We can borrow the guitars from band - you do not have to bring your own.

Please FILL OUT THIS FORM in order to audition or be placed on a crew. Also be sure to REGISTER WITH THE SCHOOL.
  • Character Breakdown of Midsummer Night's Dream
  • Character Breakdown of Clue

Audition Notes
  • Choose a monologue you are comfortable with and feel showcases your abilities. Dramatic, comedic, classic, it matters not. You can choose either a Shakespeare monologue or non-Shakespeare. It will have no bearing on which show you are auditioning for. What matters is you do it well. See the “Resources” page on the website for some suggestions.
  • Practice your Audition. For the fall shows, we request a 1 minute monologue. We suggest you practice your monologue in front of others that can give you feedback. The more times you can get feedback on a monologue, the better prepared you will be.  It does not need to be memorized.
  • Ask questions. If you have any questions about the show, please ask. Either e-mail at amiller@wths.net or jzimmerman@wths.net
