Live Arts Performance Contest

​GUIDELINES & SCHOLARSHIP CONTEST details….

1. You create a Youtube video performance
2. Deadline for submission is: Tuesday March 29, 2016 2:15pm
3. You may choose from three performance categories
   1. Acting
   2. Instrumental
   3. Vocal
      
4. Name the video tag: WTHS LIVE ARTS CONTEST 2016 (your name)
   
   1. Example: WTHS LIVE ARTS CONTEST 2015 Suzy Sample
      
   2. Upload your Youtube link to the Google Form
      
5. *Must be a SOLO performance or backed by an entity not receiving any award. This means that if you choose to have accompaniment, they need to understand that they are only support and not a part of the competition in terms of receiving and prizes.
   
   1. Examples of presentation: pre-recorded backgrounds, looper to give backgrounds, two soloists accompany each other for two separate submissions one as the soloist and one as the accompanist.
      
6. The video should be less than 5 minutes in length.
   
7. There will be a TOP 3 in each Performance category (Acting, Instrumental, Vocal)
   
8. The 3 Videos in each category will be pre-selected by a panel of judges.
   
9. You will be announced on stage the night of the show!
   
10. A public vote will be conducted online (My Eye Expert Webpage)

*Overall winner receives a $1000 scholarship
*Each category vote leader wins a laptop computer
* ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST FILL OUT A GOOGLE FORM TO BE IN THE SHOW AND GET A T-SHIRT!
