Hello Cast, Crew, and Pit,
Hope everyone had a restful and enjoyable break. We also hope that CAST memorized their blocking, lines, and songs! Please review the schedule. Some crews will be meeting more often to finish up the set/props/costumes. Program Check Please check the program (link) to make sure you are in the program and your bio is correct. Thank you front of house for putting the bios together. We want to make sure everyone is in it. Please check this by Wednesday, March 30th. Send me changes in an email. Parent Draft with Shout Outs click here Photos for the Program- We are going to take a cast, crew, and pit photos to put into our program. Please come on Wednesday, March 30th at 3:30pm to take a photo with us! Tickets are on Sale on showtix4u.com, so please talk to friends and family for tickets. Our numbers so far are: Thursday (50), Friday (150), Sat Matinee (75), Sat Night (130). We want to sell out! Tell everyone! Parent Help- We need your help on the nights of the show to help the boosters. There are many jobs to sign up for and you will not miss a minute of the show. Please sign up here and contact booster president, Mary Jo Urquhart at [email protected] April 1st- Live Arts Festival Performance of Supercal. Save the date, cast will get to perform. Crew and Pit come to support the fine arts at Warren! Meet in the Almond Band Room at 7:15pm. We will release at 6pm that day to get over to Almond/eat dinner. Cast Fee ($40) April 15th (Link to instructions) Cast shoes- borrowed, bought, or thrifted due April 1st. Cast- Off Book/Memorized by April 1st with songs, lines, & blocking! DVD Orders- The benefit to doing a Disney show is the right to film it and make a DVD. The Warren Drama Boosters are selling DVDs for $20. Please sign up here if you would like to order your dvd. Hello Cast, Crew, and Pit,
Tomorrow, we have a long rehearsal from 1:30-6:30pm. We want to get as much done as possible before break. Great job! When we get back from spring break, things will get serious! We will be in the show month. Crazy how time has flown by. Cast, make sure you are memorized by the time you come back so that we can make this show great! Pit, be familiar with all the music when you return. Crew, be ready to kick into high gear after spring break. Please see the attached schedule for the week after spring break! Spring Break- Build will be announced by the day for spring break. Kyle (tech director) has a fluid schedule and will let us know by the day when he is building. We will send out a text when he wants people to help. If you are on vacation, no problem you are not required to come to build. Any extra hands are greatly appreciated. Suzy's Swirl Fundraiser on Tuesday, March 15th from 6-9pm to raise money for costumes. We will get 20% of the profits from 6-9pm. Please go eat fro-yo for costumes!
